PHOENICIA. Arados. Circa 138/7-44/3 BC. Tetradrachm (Silver, 27 mm, 15.11 g, 12 h), CY 199 = 61/0 BC. Turreted, veiled and draped bust of Tyche to right. Rev. APAΔIΩN Nike standing front, head to left, holding aphlaston in her right hand and palm frond over her left shoulder; to left, ΘϘP above 𐤀 above ΕΣ; all within laurel wreath. BMC 288-9. Duyrat 4165-88. HGC 10, 72. Lightly toned. Minor marks and with a thin flan crack, otherwise, very fine.
